Increase your interactivity by adding cards to your videos. They offer more flexibility with the shared information, but the most important reason to hold is that it works on mobile screens as well! Cards are visually appealing and appear as small rectangular-shaped cards on the right side of the video.
To create and edit them go to the “cards” tab in your Video Editor. At the moment you have the option of choosing from six types of cards:
- Associated Website
- Fan Funding
Once you have chosen your cards, during the video you'll see it appear for a few seconds, giving users who were quick to see it the chance to be directed to the designated link. Otherwise, at other points of the video, viewers can hover over the icon which will show all the cards inserted into the video.
Here are some quick tips to efficiently use cards:
- Don't hover over the card - it doesn't appear the same across all devices.
- If you're looking for your watermark, it’s at the bottom right of the video.
- No spamming! Keeping your cards to a minimum number increases your click through rate.
- Space them out. Give viewers time to react.
