Digital Minds is looking for an Account Executive, Social Media to join its team in Athens. You will be joining a team of dynamic, fun and innovative individuals. As a social media coordinator you will actively be supporting Digital Minds’ owned digital assets including but not limited to its Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Facebook pages. We are looking for someone who is creative and data driven, resourceful and tech savvy in publishing and optimizing across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating engaging text, image and video content.
  • Manage social media strategy implementation across all active Digital Minds platforms.
  • Build social calendar to grow audience, organic reach and engagement, and build online conversations – creating interaction where appropriate.
  • Proactively come up with fun, tactical and date relevant content ideas to implement and increase engagement.
  • Researching audience preferences and discover current trends.
  • Analyse and report results against set KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience working in social media.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge base of social media platforms.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Greek, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability of analysing and interpreting data.
  • Proven ability to flag and manage community related issues.
  • Flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.


Will be considered a plus:

  • Basic photo and video editing experience.
  • Knowledge of the online video industry and influencer marketing.
  • Detail oriented and process driven with the ability to effectively manage multiple channels.
